I have genetic CSID, these are very helpful (much better than the normal version) especially with starch, I haven't found them as effective with sucrose, but I can now eat a sandwich or have some pizza (so that is amazing) and very helpful when travelling abroad! I tend to take 2-3 over a meal, and that works a treat.

Since I added intoleran to my kefir milk, I have noticed less bloating. Kefir has regulated my bowel movement so well that I was reluctant to cease it due to ibs symptoms. But this solution means I continue to enjoy all the benefits of my home fermented milk.

My dietician told me about these as I'm going to Thailand soon and was thinking I'd have to miss out on a lot of beautiful Thai classics that I love. My gut/bowel doesn't tolerate garlic and onion among other foods. I've been on a gentle FODMAP diet. I decided I should try the enzymes out before I travelled and it coincided with having visitors staying. We had garlic prawns with udon noodles and there was also onion included. In the past, this would mean I'd have some bland version of the meal everyone else was having. I took the capsule just before I was going to eat and I did not have a reaction to one of the food groups I avoid. I've had about four nights now where I took the capsules and it's given me a lot of hope that I can eat more foods than I thought. I even had some hummus (chickpeas I have also been avoiding, but as they are fructans, I was covered). I'm really pleased to discover Intoleran and I hope they can cover other FODMAP groups such as fructose too. Very easy to take and in a handy small container good for travel. It makes your gut 'invincible' for about forty five minutes apparently, (or you can take extra capsules, which I didn't need).
