Refund policy
We have a 100 day return policy on your first order which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied that your purchase has been effective for you.
To be eligible for a return, this must be the first time you have purchased this specific product. You will need to have purchased the item direct from our site (and therefore have emailed receipt).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@intoleran.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or advise you to dispose of stock responsibly) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
Please contact us at info@intoleran.com.au as soon as possible if you have realised you have purchase an item incorrectly.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or we may not require the return), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscriptions can be edited, paused or cancelled at anytime via the customer portal link or request to info@intoleran.com.au
