I always felt restricted when eating with family and friends due to my lactose intolerance. I've tried other lactase pills and they've never work. This is the only brand I use and as long as I take the right amount, I no longer have the uncomfortable bloating, gas and nausea.

Intoleran has immensely increased my quality of life.

At first, I thought I had undiagnosed IBS but then I remembered the food poisoning I got from an expensive burger place in the city, which did in fact change the way I eat, I had to be careful after that night, and doctors could not find any problem. Not only has Lactase helped me with lactose intolerance but mixing it with a probiotic has rebuilt my gut biome so now I have no grumbly tummy. I lived for 30yrs without any lactose issues, overdosing on milk products to the max..........without Intoleran I would have serious issues about eating. Thanks for making such an amazing product!
