Fabulous product- my life is so much easier, and I can almost fully enjoy eating out! Takes the stress out of a panic situation.

My son can eat fruit without throwing up. I never thought could happen.

Intoleran has been a lifesaver since I ordered my first lot of it last year. It means I can eat out without all the worry (or ending up feeling like the odd one out because I can’t eat anything). I still need to be a bit careful but it’s so wonderful not having to worry about every bite I put in my mouth and worrying about the aftermath.

The intoleran products are amazing. I can eat out and not worry about FODMAPs. I had to figure out dosage - lots of onions and garlic I would take 3-4 tablets (very rarely), and only some i would take 1 or 2. Find what works for you. If I dont get the dosage right, it still helps - I dont get as sick or have to run to the toilet. So either way - its a win!

I was so excited about this product but unfortunately I found when taking 1-2 tablets around dinner time, I'd wake up feeling nauseous the next day every time.

Stopped the stomach rumbles/sounds I would have gotten from fructose but the nausea side effects aren't worth it sadly
