A grazing board you can personalise
Build a small board around foods your guests already tolerate. A grazing board should not be labelled universally low-histamine or low-FODMAP, because combinations and portions vary.
Serves or makes: 2
Ingredients
- 100 g cucumber sticks
- 100 g carrot sticks
- 2 freshly hard-boiled eggs
- Plain crackers suited to your diet
- A small portion of tolerated fresh fruit
- Optional freshly cooked chicken
- Olive oil and lemon juice for a simple dressing
Method
- Keep each food separate so guests can choose suitable items.
- Arrange vegetables and crackers just before serving, then add chilled egg and optional chicken.
- Offer fruit and dressing separately. Check crackers and all garnishes for allergens.
- Keep perishable ingredients refrigerated until needed. Do not use this board to test a suspected food allergy.
Make it work for you
